Return, Exchange and Refund

 

• You can return any item within 14 days of receipt for a refund of that item. Refunds will be credited to your account in the form of store
• Please note that there will be no monetary refunds for any order cancellations made after payment has been made. Customers will instead receive store credit that can be applied towards future purchases of Car Life products. 
• Only regular priced goods may be refunded. Any goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to you if it is not permitted by applicable law.
• Items should be returned unused, clean, and in its original packaging. All goods will be inspected on return and any item in unsuitable condition will be rejected for return and sent back to you. 
• Please note the cost of the return is the customer responsibility and the original shipping costs are not refundable. The only exclusion will be shipping of wrong item or manufacturing defects. 
• We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and track-ablemail service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
